Mazharul has more than 15 years of expertise in product
management, big data and process improvement leading product strategies and life cycle management. He drives transformative ‘Kaizen’ and ‘Kaikaku’ initiatives to enhance produce and process outcomes. Maz has an MBA in Business Analytics from Deakin University and MSE in Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering from the University of South Australia.

Adrita Chakraborty is the Product Manager at KAI Company, specializing in product lifecycle management, Agile product strategy, WordPress platform architecture, API integrations, and UX/UI optimization. She has previously worked at BuddyBoss and weDevs, where she improved internal documentation systems, optimized onboarding workflows, reduced support dependency, and enhanced feature adoption through data-driven product decisions and technical process optimization.
She is also the CEO & Co-founder of Miraiyo, a WordPress Community Co-organizer, and is currently expanding product-driven business operations across Dubai, Australia, the UK, Malaysia, and USA.
Jhilik Kabir (Jil)
Digital Growth & Technology Advisor
Jil Kabir is the CEO and Co-founder of Miraiyo and a leader in the WordPress industry. With expertise in website development, security, and Digital Marketing, she has contributed significantly to the community through content creation and volunteering. Jil is actively working with different countries worldwide, shaping the digital ecosystem with her insights and innovation. Note that she is also a WordPress community Co-organizer.
